Using the site

You can browse and fill a bag freely. Don't scrape the site, interfere with it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Products and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Prices and images on the site today are placeholders until checkout opens.
• Product images are mockups, not photographs of your exact garment. Colours on a screen vary; the specs on each page are the reference.
• We can correct a pricing or stock error before an order ships, and refund anything you've paid for an order we cancel.

Orders

An order is accepted when we email you that it has shipped. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Returns

30-day returns. You cover return shipping unless we got it wrong. Full details are on the returns page.

Our name and marks

The Onward name, the wordmark and the orange dot belong to us. Please ask before using them.

Liability

We make training wear and do our best to describe it accurately. Where the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the site or a purchase is limited to what you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
